Yoga Devotion

A Ten-Week spiritual practice for EVERY body. Classes are held at St. Augustine in Canterbury Hall. The cost is $110 for the series or $15 for a single class. Fridays are a gentle Chair/Mat Class and Tuesdays are a Gentle Mat Class. Sign-up sheets are located on the Welcome Counter.
