You are a Superhero!

Summary: You have all the powers you need to make Earth a better place.

In our Gospel this week, Jesus commands a follower, “but as for you, go and proclaim the kingdom of God.” 

“But how?” We might ask. It’s easy, just use your Superpowers! This week our church was turned into a Superhero Bootcamp. At VBS we all learned to identify the powers within us that make us who we are. Then, with knowledge of our powers, we could identify our purpose. Who or what are we to save? How can I help them with the Superpowers God has given me? I’ll need a team, who can I enlist? What skill do I need to strengthen?

By the way, 3 cheers for Raymond Genato who truly is a Superhero and created a completely unique and amazing Vacation Bible Bootcamp experience for our kids.
